Same here in this household. Not sure if I should feel relieved that we're not alone, or worried for our collective well-being. πΈπ€
The cat's the only one who gets 3 square meals a day here, mfw.

I bet all of us who do this are a healthy weight and doing just fine βοΈπ
I do this also, but purposely. My wife is uneasy when I donβt eat a meal, but it has gotten me to the weight Iβm good with. If I start going over, I just starve myself for a few days - week (minor snacks) and eat m back.
Even when not fasting, i almost never drink soda, eat fast food or processed food, snacks are banana chips, figs and dates. Meat is always Ok.
Yes, the dog gets plenty of everything.
Same here, funny how it's much easier to ensure our pets and children eat regularly, but we make all kinds of funny strategies for ourselves.
I say, whatever works for adults, go for it. I believe that we tend to know our own bodies pretty well. π½π₯©π
Not sure I'm at "healthy weight" status--I am pretty underweight compared with the "average" (whatever the hell that means).
But yeah, I'm doing fine. It's been like this for quite a few years.
As long as we don't pass out at the desk, it's all good #amirite? πΉπ€‘
