I do intermittent fasting, but not on purpose.
You see I'm too lazy to cook so I just wait until I feel like I'm gonna die.
Which is usually around 3pm

🤣
Same
😂
😂 I do it too, because I don’t have enough money to eat all the time.
I have the same, very often forget to eat anything until dinner
It’s called “intuitive eating” 😂
I read this aloud to nostr:npub19pj6f0nc9q6xr26qe3g8m6xe3hwe0d6p6zcvf57cm3kayghjdj0slnlenu.
Her: “Oh my god, that is so me.”
Same here in this household. Not sure if I should feel relieved that we're not alone, or worried for our collective well-being. 😸🤔
The cat's the only one who gets 3 square meals a day here, mfw.
I bet all of us who do this are a healthy weight and doing just fine ✌️😊
I do this also, but purposely. My wife is uneasy when I don’t eat a meal, but it has gotten me to the weight I’m good with. If I start going over, I just starve myself for a few days - week (minor snacks) and eat m back.
Even when not fasting, i almost never drink soda, eat fast food or processed food, snacks are banana chips, figs and dates. Meat is always Ok.
Yes, the dog gets plenty of everything.
Same here, funny how it's much easier to ensure our pets and children eat regularly, but we make all kinds of funny strategies for ourselves.
I say, whatever works for adults, go for it. I believe that we tend to know our own bodies pretty well. 😽🥩👌
Not sure I'm at "healthy weight" status--I am pretty underweight compared with the "average" (whatever the hell that means).
But yeah, I'm doing fine. It's been like this for quite a few years.
As long as we don't pass out at the desk, it's all good #amirite? 😹🤡
Does it make you feel better? Or lose weight? Can't remember what intermittent fasting is for
Well it keeps me non-fat which is good, I love to eat, I'd be fat as hell if cleaning wasn't my worst nightmare
I'm just not hungry until late afternoon. I was confused when I first heard about 'intermittent fasting', because that's how I always ate. I still don't consider it a 'fast' at all.
I do the same, and I wonder why I don't make progress in the gym.
Haha I started buying cerial again so I at least start the day with something (easy) to eat. Sad (35yo) me
I think lots of people do this but just one thing to note is that the fast is broken by any milk / sugar in coffee or other beverages you have in the morning.
