so if your account is comprised on nostr, a solution would be to toss your nsec our on a note & point to your new npub

the best solution if you worried about this is create a new npub NOW, and post it, opentimestamp the post, maybe put it in your profile etc.. then its credible if the first one is powned.
and make it a vanity one too 😎
I think this is a really good idea
my vanity generator at https://realy.lol in the cmd/vainstr is the fastest (need to install the bitcoin core libsecp256k1 library)
it can generate one with 5 characters like mine in 15 minutes (when i made this originally it took me about 3 days)

I did. I saved the note somewhere but don't have it on hand now
If your Nostr account is breached, transparency is key. Post your old nsec, announce your new npub, and help your followers stay connected. Together we thrive!

Perhaps a post at inception of each new account with a PGP key. That would at least provide proof when/if you migrate later. you can attest by signing a pgp msg, posting your nsec, and following with your new npub. fwiw
