Your project sounds really amazing. I was working with another guy on a Cashu escrow service over Nostr, cashu-escrow-kit on Github. But our focus moved to other projects in the last few months. You can come to the Cashu space on Matrix, I'll send you the link if you like. There are monthly Cashu dev calls, very informative. I also think Cashu is a good fit for your idea.

I want to use trusted Cashu mints as a fundamental piece of an escrow system that backs a free market of bounties and work-for-hire (over Nostr, of course)
I already have a minimally-viable relay implementation and a web client that handles the happy-path actions. I've integrated zaps for escrow payments and funds dispersal. Deeply-embedding Cashu mints into the escrow system will really take this idea where it needs to go.
