When you feel hungry eat a lot of fat, like butter coconut oil, but also the meat high on fat.

Cool. Lots of fatty meat around here.

Eat plenty of fatty meats, drink lots of water, don’t be afraid to salt a little extra. I’ve been doing it for about ten days, so far so good.

Do you take additional electrolytes?

Enjoy the journey!

That makes a lot of sense, being a cat and all. Good luck Karnage. I can say from experience that losing weight through diet isn't exactly easy, but so worth it. 👍

Include organs in your diet. Make sure they come from "organic" raised animals.

I live in Japan and where I shop usually there is no indication of something being organic or not. It just tells me if it’s local or imported.

Love to live in Japan, hope it’s as good as i imagine

🤷‍♂️

You enjoy it?

I’m a weird creature and the wrong one to ask if I enjoy a particular country.

Weird is good, Japan is great for weird whenever I’ve been there

I’m not into Japanese culture so… really the wrong creature to approach 🤣

Ah 😂 Well hope you enjoy on some level

Interesting. Mainly you just want to know that the animals aren't ingesting chemicals that end up in the organs. Good luck amigo!

Authors Lustig, Cordain and Sisson have been OK in explaining to me the principles that also the carnivore is based on. Though I lean more to the plant-based-organic-if-possible-(80%). Personally I don’t know any 100%-carnivores, but in bitcommunity I know Josef Tetek (may not be on Nostr, but on X is as @satsjoseph

In general in those books you’ll find out that anything with a bill-of-materials and not organic is shit.

I’m adding a few other books which adds more detail to certain aspects (like The Energy Plan).

I'm currently 4 months into 100% carnivore with some pretty amazing results. Are you coming from a SAD? (Standard American Diet) Going cold turkey can have its challenges but many people do it successfully. Eat lots of ruminant animals like beef, sheep, goat, deer, or just fatty ribeye steaks and ground beef. Drink a ton of salted water between meals. (Redmond Sea salt is the salt of champions for its high mineral content) and add some electrolytes to prevent leg cramps. (LMNT is good and portable). Organs not necessary, neither are any carbs unless your system can't handle it this fast. Prepare for sudden weight loss and lots of loose stools, i.e. volcanic eruptions on the spot!

Good luck. If you stick with this it'll change your life and transform your very being!..🙏💜

Constipation can be real. Lots of water and take a magnesium supplement

Potassium supplements was a must for me, I think the lack of was causing me muscle cramping.

Be sure to get enough fat - protein is not enough for humans
