Tea is also delicious and good too :) But never as strong as juice... Water can't extract most of the oils from the roots... So it's good to chew the ginger pieces afterward...

I juiced a lot of fresh ginger and turmeric roots in a slow juicer, filled them into small molds, and froze them. After freezing, I removed them from the molds and stored them in a glass jar in the freezer. I dried the pulp and use it as a spice.

No thickener added, but needs to stay in the freezer...

Do you have a website/blog/something with your recipe?

Would be cool though to have it as a kind a candy in the pocket...Happy to inspire you :) Great to hear you have a slow juicer too! These are great πŸ’ͺ

I do have a small telegram group (in German)...I'm not so much the recipe person...what I do is mostly very intuitively... It would be great though one day to write a recipe book.

Yep a not-frozen version to bring around when out of home would be very cool! Yes i have a slow juicer since long, I love to prepare juices with fruit and vegetables in the morning :) I even broke 2 experimenting what i can put inside to press hahaha πŸ˜… btw i don’t have telegram and I don’t speak Deutsche sadly :( …the book idea is nice but in the meantime maybe you could consider start writing your recipes as long form kind here on nostr πŸ˜‰
