Hey man this is a nice way to have it done! I usually slice some ginger and add turmeric powder in a cup full of hot water, how do you prepare those nice cubes? They look so quick and easy to use and store! Are they concentrated? Is there some thickener? Ty ๐๐ผ

Tea is also delicious and good too :) But never as strong as juice... Water can't extract most of the oils from the roots... So it's good to chew the ginger pieces afterward...
I juiced a lot of fresh ginger and turmeric roots in a slow juicer, filled them into small molds, and froze them. After freezing, I removed them from the molds and stored them in a glass jar in the freezer. I dried the pulp and use it as a spice.
No thickener added, but needs to stay in the freezer...
Oh i see, so it is frozen, i thought i can put one or two in a bag and stroll around and just add water when needed :) thanks a lot for your detailed answer youโre always very helpful ๐๐ผ i got a cold press slow juicer so i will def make them as soon as i buy some fresh ginger and turmeric ๐๐ผ
Do you have a website/blog/something with your recipe?
Would be cool though to have it as a kind a candy in the pocket...Happy to inspire you :) Great to hear you have a slow juicer too! These are great ๐ช
I do have a small telegram group (in German)...I'm not so much the recipe person...what I do is mostly very intuitively... It would be great though one day to write a recipe book.
Yep a not-frozen version to bring around when out of home would be very cool! Yes i have a slow juicer since long, I love to prepare juices with fruit and vegetables in the morning :) I even broke 2 experimenting what i can put inside to press hahaha ๐ btw i donโt have telegram and I donโt speak Deutsche sadly :( โฆthe book idea is nice but in the meantime maybe you could consider start writing your recipes as long form kind here on nostr ๐
