Two cups of masa, a cup and a half of water, pinch of salt. Roll into roughly golf ball sized pieces and press between wax paper. Cook them on a pan for like 30 seconds each side.

And that can make a lot of tortillas. I usually do about half of that for myself, and it still lasts me a couple days.

Can I use regular flour instead of masa? Ill have to find it somewhere! Regular grocery store in the mexican section maybe? Idk I've never looked.

Also cant zap u

Zaps are still busted, I know. And a regular grocery store should have masa. It's pretty much everywhere. At least where I am. It's in every Mexican section. I've never tried to make flour tortillas, so I don't know off the top of my head.

Cool, looks like 8 inch presses aren't too expensive. Ill try it out - glad I stumbled on this note!

Yeah, I think I got a 8-inch press and a small super shallow cast iron pan for like 40 or 50 bucks or something like that.

I usually use a panini press for making quesedillas or whatever. Would I still need to sorta cook it up first in a pan or can it go straight on? I can store them in the fridge after cooking in the pan right?

Sorry for all the questions... feel free to tell me to Google it lol

I would cook it up a little bit first, just so it doesn't fall apart.

And yeah you just might have to add a little bit more water when you go to make them again.

Dude thanks for all the tips chef! Really wish I could zap u rn lol
