I always laminate the dough because every recipe Iβve seen includes that step.
If you have a non-laminated recipe, would you mind sharing it? π₯Ί

All my favorite ones laminate. I was just curious since you said sometimes you don't get the layers.
I will usually only do about 4 rounds of laminating.
This is the one I make the most and have always had success with it

I did at least 7 rounds of laminate cus whenever I did less than that it turned out quite flat and definitely no layers. π’
