I’m on a journey to perfect my biscuits, but I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong. Sometimes they don’t come out tall, and when they do, they don’t have layers. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

I always laminate the dough because every recipe I’ve seen includes that step.

All my favorite ones laminate. I was just curious since you said sometimes you don't get the layers.

I will usually only do about 4 rounds of laminating.

I did at least 7 rounds of laminate cus whenever I did less than that it turned out quite flat and definitely no layers. 😒
