They're pretty cool, especially for multisigs.
It's the sort of thing you'd use extensively for about a month & then not need again for a very long time.
I'm not sure I'd be willing to share it though. I'd be willing to sell it on to another pleb.

I would open it up and make sure there are no transmitters or weird devices someone put in there..

If a single individual is 'leasing' the machine out, it creates a very dangerous incentive for that individual to act dishonestly.
If multiple machines are moving around a group with an assumption that it is on you to check for tampering, it changes this dynamic.
The least trusting individuals will pay a little more for a 'new' seed hammer. Everyone else has access to it at a significant discount.
