Funny you say that because i've almost buy dattes today 😅 but i didn't know which one. What's the difference with medjool or deglet ?

Medjool is much sweeter and thicker. Deglet noor are smaller and still sweet and delicious but can’t go wrong with Medjool if you like dates.

How did you stratify the seeds?
I didn't, I assumed the seed seller took care of that.
