Tonight’s dinner. Chicken thigh tacos with fajita veggies, refried beans smothered in cheese, avocado, traditional red salsa, and salsa macha negra.

Started by marinating the chicken. Then get the veggies started low and slow #foodstr 
The refried beans are easy to prep while the veggies are cooking. A can covered in Mexican cheese. Throw in the oven at 325 for 15-20 minutes.
