Ok. I’m meant the donut. Try pomegranate just buy it take the seeds add water and get a juicer and blend it and drink it. It’s amazing what that does in terms of anti-inflammatory. οΏΌ

I do pomegranate and aloe vera juice 😁 nice anti-inflammatory combo πŸ’₯

Ooo I will try πŸ«‚

Do you like pumpkin? It's anti-inflammatory and can heal your gut lining. I make pumpkin soup and season with cinnamon to add a bit of sweetness. Not sure what else your trying to avoid... If apples or pears are on the diet, that goes well in the soup.

In Ayurveda, you would follow a pitta-pacifying diet....there's some info on my website if you're interested in learning more.

Hope you find the perfect balance.

I used to know someone into Ayurveda who was helping me, but I fell off and that was before I was dealing with the inflammation. I like all those foods so anything helps πŸ«‚

You can implement it slowly over time. Then there is not worry of falling off.

Start with one small change (to diet or lifestyle) a week... Or month.

Eating mung dal soup for dinner once a week is very soothing.... And healing (just don't add garlic).

I would start there. I have tons of non-indian recipes in my book and on my website. Stuff that will give you variety and help you feel satisfied.

Ooo yeah I’m not actually gonna eat it, that’s just the craving today. I will try pomegranate
