Agreed. You can't control the fact that you feel the anger, but you can control what you do with that feeling. As you said, once the feeling is there, you can turn it into a positive or a negative. If handled correctly, most people wouldn't even notice you became angry.

"I have let myself indulge in anger for long enough."

Anger is one manifestation of fear. I agree, not good or bad. We must feel what we feel. And while all light and love might be ideal, we are humans that feel things. And sometimes anger is necessary to make things shift back to love. My 2 sats.
Gigi is right, Anger is a lower level emotion and disturbs your own reality, similar low frequency emotions are envy, fear and hate.
