But in all honesty it more information would be needed I would file a report on GitHub with all of the requirements.

When I first encountered Github, I said no way I'm gonna use this ever.
So I understand the user frustration when they've been redirected to Github :)
Not so loong ago I see some project have a nice form for users reporting ideas and bugs which actually creates an issue without a user knowledge but I forget where I saw it 🙈
