A close friend of mine who runs a small business sent me this from his accounting office. Just one more tally on the "government doesn't want small businesses to exist" column. (I'm aware this isn't exactly new to many types of businesses but it is to us)

The BOI reporting requirements are being challenged in court. It was stopped, started, and stopped again. Currently, it is stopped so your friend doesn't need to file this report yet. It will probably be March or so if it survives the court challenge. Hopefully it does not.
But yeah, your commentary is 🎯. Big government likes big companies that can be easily controlled. Small business gets steamrolled.
