Your LED light at night is messing up with hour brain, you don’t produce melatonin to induce sleep.

Look for RA Optics os Lucia Eyes. Miracle stuff.

Fantastic advice, which is why my glasses have that filter, though recently it’s had more to do with stress than my phone screen. 😣

The normal filter does nothing. To really help generating melatonin you must get a pair of glasses with ORANGE/RED lenses. If the lenses are transparent, they are filtering no blue/green frequency.
