Interesting, do you know the process of events that led to satoshis being lost? My understanding is that the Bull wallet is using Liquid, which a lot of other wallets use like Aqua... I think it's fairly established tech at this point so I wonder what challenges they are facing.

I initiated a transfer through the Bitcoin bull(shit) app of 50,000 satoshi's from the secure Bitcoin wallet to the instant payment wallet. It gave me a prompt to "retry claim" but failed to claim dozens of times. The sats never arrived to the instant payment wallet in my app, and the mempool shows this-

This is curious, I'd like to see how it works out LM

It could be that I lost some funds that amount to a family lunch at chick fil a due to my own stupidity. Ive done worse to myself. But this is a litmus test for the transparency and support of a company trying to gain a lot of public trust. A worthy fee to learn early that a company may not be trustworthy.

Its probably just a bug, the BullBitcoin guys are solid it will be interesting to see if it gets resolved or if others have the issue

I hope to find that you're correct and they ARE solid.

Responding to me on nostr only to tell me that I need to download another app to contact them for actual support is frustrating at best.

"secure bitcoin wallet" and "instant payment wallet"... one of these is probably liquid and the other is mainchain bitcoin?

As previously established, I am a retard, but that was my understanding of the wallets as well. The transfer from secure Bitcoin wallet to instant payment wallet seemed rather straightforward until the claim attempt failed, both automatically and after prompt.

That screenshot may be totally normal, but to me seems strange in that it's received 50,000 SATs but has nothing confirmed or pending.

And you're unwilling to take it to their (very active and helpful) support chat with their devs.

I'm not saying I wouldn't be frustrated too, or that I don't understand not wanting Telegram. I just think you're being unreasonably hostile.

I had a similar issue with a lightning wallet closing channels on me. I reached out eventually and they did give me instructions for recovering the funds I thought were gone forever.

When OTHER competing wallet devs are more interested in helping me on a public forum than the devs in question, I'm fully ok with coming off as an overly hostile individual. I will not download telegram for support when they post here yet refuse to respond or offer support publicly. Transparency should be highly valued by all of us here and this is a major red flag for me.
