they to get away from milk, it's not normal for humans to keep drinking milk past infancy, the billion dollar milk industry has brainwashed humans into thinking we are supposed to be drinking milk

there is lots of alternatives, like rice milk, almond milk, coconut milk, etc

yes that's right, that's probably why so many Americans are in terrible health, because of milk and other industries, people get so upset about milk especially the farmers because they know if people find the truth they will stop making money and farmers are in a lot of debt.

I've tried many alternatives and they are all much better, even as a kid I suspected milk was not good but my mother said it was good because she heard it was good from the tv,

I've tried oat milk and it's good too, I have 3 different alternatives in my fridge and have been drinking them for over a decade.

Almost all dairy products need to be replaced with plant based stuff, which is much healthier. Let's never give up on spreading the truth!

Correlation does not imply causation. You can drink a reasonable amount of cows milk and be fine. See body builders.

You think its better or more natural to make nut "milk"? Nits are literally seeds that are supposed to turn into trees. Peas turn into a vining plant. Oats are a kind of grass. Salt is a rock. There is no food, that is just food.

The doctor is a quack, but half of what he says is true, and he says it in a very funny way.

Some human populations (especially in Europe, North Africa, and parts of the Middle East) evolved lactase persistence, meaning they can digest milk throughout life. For them, it’s not "unnatural". Milk isn’t inherently bad. It's a nutrient-dense food (protein, calcium, B12, etc.) though alternatives can provide similar benefits.

So your statement reflects a valid critique of industry influence and human biology trends, but it overgeneralises "not normal for humans" isn’t true though some people can't digest milk well. Thai's for example lack the enzymes to digest milk (and alcohol) properly. Ever seen a Thai with a hangover?

yes they evolved lactase persistence, that means the body isn't meant to drink milk so the body has to develop lactase persistence

you said the truth yourself, case closed

Raw milk has enzymes that allow breakdown and it occurs naturally from the cow. Most studies show people with issues consuming "milk" have no problems consuming raw milk...

Lol what? The human body also adapted to have less hair, does that mean the human body is meant to be like a gorilla?

I think you don't understand the basics of evolution and how humans difference from the rest of the animal kingdom allows us to have more sophisticated niches to get calories and shelter from. Like by your logic, humans aren't meant to live in houses to stay warm because it's an artificial structure we're not born with and should just live in caves.

Yes I got some nut milk too

Its also not 'normal' for people to build tubes that fly through the sky across oceans and continents. The naturalistic fallacy is fake and ghey. Milk is amazingly nutritious and basically free.

You cant milk an almond, most of the stuff in your almond milk is added crap. Raw milk from a cow is a superfood, its loaded with all the best things we need and has enzymes included to help break it down in our guts

That being said big milk sucks it's processed pasteurized garbage with seed oils...

It may not be normal to drink milk as an adult. It's far less natural to process plants (except coconuts), often chemically, the add more chemicals to achieve the ultimate goal of resembling actual milk.

It seems like the only problem you have with this process is they cut open this bag of sugar and vitamins and pour it into the vat

Hi

There is a huge difference in home made vs factory made. The later should be avoided (not only for this).

But it remains that like fruit juice, there are problems consuming more soy then you could by eating the plant. More so for men then for women (women with disrupted female hormones benefit from it, while men should avoid it)

My whole argument applies to boiled UHT milk as well.

Yes but yall are talking about "factory" nut milk, what about "factory" farming? I posted the factory soy milk video below, I intentionally didn't post the factory cow milk video... but you can feel free to look it up.

It's not even factory farming, don't drink UHT milk. It's toxic. I get raw milk from a local farm where the cows are mostly outside.
