Amethyst is the first Nostr Android app to hit the Google Play Store. Watching #[0] develop his Nostr client over the past month has been incredible. If you're on Android, this is your app. **Go!**

There's still no markdown support and we don't have Lightning either. Hopefully these features get added soon. That said, everything is so smooth for me. An absolutely great client.

My follower count on this app is also down 500+ people. Though I would assume this is because the relay count is truncated at 16.

Hum.. there is not limit in relay size. 16 is just what the app uses as default. You can change it by clicking on the x/x mark up top.

Running good so far. Couldnt use nip 05 to enter but just saw that is not yet availble. Appears very fast relative yo Astral client.

What client does? Maybe you can log in with pub key and use another client you trust for posting?

Came here from Bitcoin Hackers Fedi. It's a bit disorienting but the app helps.

Entered my private key to log in without really checking how it's handled. Not much invested in this profile yet but that might become an issue later on.
