I've said this before but it's worth repeating.
I'm just scrolling my nostr feed and all of a sudden this note comes into view. The embedded video player in the note starts up and now I'm watching Demolition Man inside the note as it sits natively in my feed. Didn't expand it, didn't have to do anything.
Full length feature film just playing in my feed. I don't know of anywhere else this happens.

That's a great idea, if there was a blossom service offering free storage for hundreds of multi GB files. As it sits the economy of it doesn't really work out. Paying for file hosting or running my own blossom server would be far more expensive than what I get zapped for posting these. Archive.org is free, and it works.
Hopefully in the future a truly decentralized video framework using torrents can be integrated into Nostr.

I think if Blossom integrated Bittorrent functionality for sharing chunks of files between multiple Blossom servers, it'd have some serious potential.
