While peating, you should;

1. Strictly eliminate all fats except for saturated fats in diary fat (milk, butter), tallow, coconut oil, and carefully sourced low PUFA egg yolks, pork, and chicken.

2. Reduce overall fat consumption to make room for more natural sugars, until you start to feel unwell from not enough fat.

3. Increase fat just enough to feel good.

You'd be surprised how little fat you really need to stay lean, mean, and full of energy.

I think i finally hit three

I started feeling cravings for salty cheese of all things and have been adding it to meals with read meat and as a side with fruit. Now I feel like I’m hitting top āš™ļø

Yup.

If you aren't lean yet, then it makes sense to stay in that zone and periodically go lower fat.

Eventually you'll have the opposite "problem": lean with very hot metabolism = eat normal amount of fat, continuing high carb, while staying lean without the need to kill yourself in the gym.
