Amethyst 0.45.0 (alpha): Push Notifications (DMs and Zaps)

Push Notifications are available only for those using the Play Edition below due to the use of Google Services to deliver the push message.

It works! Had to manual enable Notification in Android Settings -> Notifications -> Apps -> Amethyst.

Yes, the LightingTipBot uses Telegram and till now was the easiest way to have zap notifications.

Simple server pulling from all relays and sending to Google's Firebase Push Notification services.

Super easy. The only annoying part is having to maintain another server.

We just released push notifications on the Current App. But we are only polling current relays for zaps and syncing events using strfry sync.

You made a great choice, DMs and zaps are great in notification, likes and comments are best checked just by opening the app. It's a less anxious experience. My compliments ๐Ÿ‘
