Yes, but I made it easy for myself: frozen fruit and whipped cream mixed together, with vanilla and sugar to taste. It's very quick

Oh that’s yummy. Mine was also quite easy. Heavy cream (40%), eggs (egg white and yolk separated), vanilla, and instant coffee (I am making it to add in my morning coffee). β˜•οΈ

Sounds so delicious πŸ˜‹

Do I need an ice cream maker?

I have some extra cream in the fridge I want to use up 😁

Not for my recipe. I whip the cream a little (not completely stiff) and then simply add the frozen fruit into the blender. It becomes super creamy. If the fruit is already nice and sweet, I don't even add sugar (chocolate sprinkles always work 😁)

No I just used a hand mixer.

In a bowl blend:

- 2 cups of 40% heavy cream

(organic raw heavy cream from grass-fed, pasture-raised cows)

- 2 organic pasture-raised egg yolks

(organic eggs from pasture-raised hens, that have access to natural foraging and are raised in humane conditions)

- 1 tablespoon of vanilla

(organic vanilla extract made from real vanilla beans, preferably Madagascar or Tahitian for premium quality)

- 1 tablespoon of instant coffee

(organic, fair-trade instant coffee)

Next

Whisk 2 egg whites and gently fold in the fluffy egg whites with a spoon.

Then

Put in the freezer for 4 hours and enjoy.

No sugar?

I did not add any, but you can for sure and it will be even tastier 🀩 I just try to avoid adding sugar to my morning coffee and I made this ice- cream for my coffee.

Putting in coffee sounds amazing.... 😍. I'll try making this today. Gracias πŸ™πŸ«‚
