Is that all you eat for the day? When I did a more carnivore diet I would need to do two of those and 6 eggs. Just to not starve.
No. But I never eat breakfast or lunch. Almost never.
I do the 18/6 & have been for many years. In the 6 hour window it’s mostly Steak, eggs, etc etc. I’m not strictly carnivore but pretty close.
