Can we please normalize the use of UTC time so it's easy to do mental calculation to convert it to local time

Hmm. Maybe GMT+0 should be used?
UTC is the same as GMT+0
I think it make it easier everyone since the starting point is 0, so they can just add or subtract from 0 to convert to local time
