I'm still seeing lots of Chinese in the global feed. Hopefully that means our Chinese brothers and sisters have found other clients to use or Damus hasn't been removed yet.
Can anyone in Mainland China confirm that it's been removed? What about if the app was already installed on a device. Will the app be removed from devices it's already been installed on too?
Curious about this too. In the west if you already have it on your phone it stays in my experience.

Chinese π¨π³ have learned that the CCP may stop the client from being downloaded, but users can still sideload the app and the CCP cannot stop the protocol.
I've heard of people using AltStore in modern times to sideload apps, but I don't know anything about it. I used to talk to my man Jay Freeman back in the day about Cydia and jailbreaking though.
