I lost 20 pounds in 2 months sitting at my computer editing film projects by switching from eating cereals, pizza, pop-tarts, and "normie foods" to eating bacon, eggs, and steak. It was 30 pounds extra that I didn't even realize i had... I didn't exercise for a single minute.

You can tell me what your teacher told you to memorize & what everyone you know likely regurgitates until you are blue in the face, but I'm not going to forget the very real & impactful shift that happened in an aggressively short amount of time with almost no effort or change of any kind except a singular move from a high carb, no animal fat diet - to a high fat, almost no carb diet. Again, with respect.

It was 20 pounds, accidentally hit the 3

Pretty sure most of that was in the first month

❤️

I eat like you do, and I’m convinced that this is the best way to eat - in the absence of complete knowledge about the body and how food interacts with it, eat like our ancestors did (which includes not eating too much) and be done with it.

That said, I do accept that some people on a low-inflammation vegetable “-based diet seem to achieve similar results to you. Not that I’d recommend it however.

That’s because you were at a calorie deficit, likely because you switched from eating trash to becoming more conscious of your diet.
