You should watch the Spanish movie The Platform.
I don't watch Spanish movies, in general. I prefer to invest my time either in more universal content, or in more local content. Spanish content falls in an in-between category that does not interest me.
I don't know whether to be angry or amused.
How can you just trash the content of an entire nation (Spain) without even thinking, ridiculous. One must keep an open mind. I'm not Spanish by the way and just happened upon the movie. I prefer music to movies BUT that doesn't mean I forbid myself from the occasional movie, of course not.
Anyway, keep an open mind.

I will continue not watching Spanish content, as that works pretty well for me because I can use that time in actually opening my mind to tye world.
I am born and raised in, and currently live in Barcelona, by the way. Meaning, perhaps you should keep a more open mind and keep your judgment about people you know nothing about to yourself.
Ridiculous. Spanish content is great. Nothing wrong with it. You obviously have something against Spain, no idea why.
I prioritize my time differently. You can simply accept it, or not.

I don't have infinite time. It's probabilistic. I grew up watching Spanish content and by and large it does not interest me.
So yes, I do apply decades of previous personal experience to filter out which content I'm going to invest a couple of hours of my time on, before I do.
I'm quite happy with my success rate, so I don't feel compelled to changing my system at the moment.
I find it quite funny that some of the brokest people in this country scream and shout in defence of the current system we have, the one of so called "capitalism", when what we have is not capitalism it is brutalism, cronyism and nepotism. A system where kids are either starving or uneducated. Where people of color are pushed to the sidelines, where the white country club lot own and control EVERYTHING. And to drum up support for their greed and this broken system they get the white Brokies to jump around and fight for them. Broke white people be the ones shouting the loudest and being "Anti-woke" (a catch all for everything including racism).

As I see it currently. Smaller localized governments will be free to experiment with different forms of political/economic control. We will all have the opporunity to vote with our feet.
If someone wants to watch socialism fail under a fiat standard and then try to recreate it under a Bitcoin standard I will enjoy watching the experiment.

No, socialism never works. You may mean to say voluntarism, associationism and similar concepts. But whenever there's compulsion, there lies the root of evil and eventual failure.
Smaller, culturally homogeneous communities (the individuals that compose it, that is) may tolerate it to further lengths before they break. Nevertheless, their true advantage over large culturally heterogeneous is their ability to change course and reach a new consensus more easily.
