New topic - how do you take your coffee? I used to be really bad, ton of sugar with that French vanilla creamer….I’ve been slowly modifying it down to what I now use. Which is a spoonful of honey powder and a splash of milk.

My dad ended up as a stage 2 diabetic at age 44. In 3 months he lost 45lbs and i asked how. He said
“Breakfast was 3 coffees with 2 sugars & milk. Then maybe a tour past the doughnut box at work”
I started black and pretty much only have it dark while i water my plants

I drink my coffee black during the week and on the weekend I have it with whole milk.
Oh I love this pic! I’ve tried black, I just can’t do it lol. I’ve thought about trying the cold brew, but I am so accustomed to hot coffee…
You have to go black and don't give up...until one day puff, you can't even drink it with sugar, tastes like syrup...gross
Then you understand that you have never felt the taste of coffee. And only then Yiu can appreciate and differentiate between a good and a bad coffee bread.
Keep trying black til you never come back is my goal
I followed a similar path. Sugar to fructose sweetener, which I eventually modified to stevia. One day I just forced myself to drink it black and after about 5 days it became a preference. Ever since that’s how I like it. Can’t even drink those sugar bombs from Starbucks or anywhere else without making a face
I just imagined you taking a sip of a mocca frapp and mouthing “ouf”
Black
Dark and long ! No sugar... sometimes with cinnamon.
