Add "lain.la" to blocked words. Report spam when you see it. I've reported about 20 accounts. They all have a first name, last name, and what looks like AI generated realistic headshot.

I removed a few relays and cleared my cache. Seems to have done the trick. I'm on amethyst, but I didn't see anything on primal either.

On Primal I just mute any user that posts porn and I never see them again. I believe Amethyst's relay filters it out by default.
Yeah, using amethyst now and it is wide open. I've been blocking and reporting... But man. Disturbing.
