On Primal I just mute any user that posts porn and I never see them again. I believe Amethyst's relay filters it out by default.

Yeah, using amethyst now and it is wide open. I've been blocking and reporting... But man. Disturbing.

I try and look at us as the pioneers in this space that work through solving problems like this so that someday this can be a decentralized utopia for others.
