nostr separates 1) the app experience, 2) user authentication/authorization, and 3) content storage/delivery, allowing business models for each one to evolve separately, all aligned with the user as the direct customer.

Few understand how groundbreaking this is.

And 4) is exploring true v4v on social media with integrated micropayments. Following up on your other post, just imagine how powerful of an experience it will be for the masses when the “like” can default to automatically zap a few sats, and everyone starts experiencing that little rush on both the sending and receiving side.

Oh that is wonderfully put - hadn’t thought of like this. Different app experiences could cater for professional use, casual scrolling etc. it’s like LinkedIn, twitter, insta etc all pointing to the same decentralised and digital town square.
