This is very common and normal.
Your body can't possibly be truly fat adapted in such a short amount of time.
And you most likely need to up your fat intake. To get into ketosis, you need to eat 80% fat. A Ripeye steak for example doesn't have enough fat, an egg however, is closer to 80%, and butter is 100% fat (Cronometer is an excellent app to track micro and macro nutrients).
Throw butter on your steak. Worked for me for raising energy levels.
As you can see in the last pic, even with a pretty large slab of butter, you'd still only end up with 50% fat. I also struggle to ever get my meals to 80% fat. It goes against everything we have been indoctrinated to eat.
Thankfully, I *love* to snack on butter with a few flaky grians of sea salt on top.
