Hard to say. Been conscious of it for about a year or so, but have had periods where I wasn’t so strict.

Also still experimenting. I do use carbs for working out for example. It’s the seed oils that I’m strictest on.

I did Keto for about two years and now on carnivore. I wanted to to try cure my eczema skin disorder which it did 6 weeks in.

I just find like my life has been upgraded. Everyhting just feels slightly easier than when I was on keto.

I may have been eating seed oils while I was keto, its hard to tell nowadays what’s really in our food.

Exactly. Full keto requires so much fat for energy. Made me tired and grumpy.

But grass fed steak, wild fish and free range eggs. You should be pretty safe.
