Download the ".s9pk" and side-load it in StartOS under "System -> Sideload a service". Then configure the cloudflare service on your server (it just needs your CF tunnel API key) and start it.
The key can be found here:

(use the copy button, paste the full command in notepad, and then copy just the full key)
Then you can use the Cloudflare Zero Trust Tunnels dashboard to setup "public hostname" routes, like this:

Works for me, thanks for making the app! We had cloudflared installed and working via cli but could not figure what to use for the URL string. All my other servers use localhost:23000 for this but for Start9 you need to use btcpayserver.embassy:80 as pictured to get around the internal Start9 mDNS.
Nice to know cloudflare tunnels can be properly configured on Start9, the app makes it WAAAY easier than installing via chroot. Nice work. 🤙
