Pain ≠ Suffering
Pain is useful.
It brings balance.
Feel it. Don't invalidate it.
no pain no gain 
to take the pain without turning it into suffering but into wisdom is my goal. does not work every day, but it is quite a good target of flight through life's turbulences.
