#Carnivore plebs,

If someone needed to supplement to get extra protein in (for bodybuilding purposes), what supplement would you recommend?

I’m leaning towards “MuscleMeds Carnivor” beef protein isolate, but wanted to get all of your opinions.

I'd just eat more steak and skip the supplements altogether.

Facts

Well of course that’s ideal, but I can’t physically eat as much steak/protein as my body requires to meet my calorie/protein needs in order to gain muscle mass😂

I need the extra bit of protein to help push my over, especially on days when it’s not practical to cook steak all day

You do you but steak is one of the easiest things to cook, 5 mins each side on a pan

You forget prep/clean up and sitting down to eat it.

Especially when balancing everything I have on my plate right now🙂

I am not strictly carnivor (full disclosure) but for protein supplamentation I like FNX and Levels Protein. Quality, clean ingredients. Especially Levels.

Egg whites

That's a great option and have used it before.

A point of concern may be its high sodium content (370mg per serving), which might affect individuals with high blood pressure or those concerned about water retention.

For individuals open to dairy-based products, whey protein isolate is another protein supplement to consider. Whey protein isolate provides a highly bioavailable source of protein with a comprehensive amino acid profile. #plebchain #grownostr #asknostr

Creatine worked well for me when I went heavy in the gym.

But I I now focus on HIIT training like 20 minutes of intense cardio or dumb bells.
