Eat real food , meat 🥩 which have a lot creatine (after workout of course )

Well I am carnivore. So I guess that's taken care of.

Do you work out regularly and with weights?

I am investigating the best way to structure my pre or post work out meals on a carnivore diet.

meat does not have enough creatine in it to have a useful impact past baseline

I just restarted exercise routine hoping to stick to with weights and would love to build some muscle. That's where creatine popped up...
