Eat real food , meat 🥩 which have a lot creatine (after workout of course )
Well I am carnivore. So I guess that's taken care of.
Do you work out regularly and with weights?
I am investigating the best way to structure my pre or post work out meals on a carnivore diet.
Ideas?

Consuming meat can be beneficial both before and after exercise, depending on individual goals and needs:
1. Before exercise:
Sustained energy: Eating meat a few hours before a workout can provide a good source of protein and fats, ensuring a sustained release of energy.
- Amino acid supply: The proteins in meat help prevent muscle breakdown during intense exercise.
It’s important not to eat meat immediately before exercising, as it can be hard to digest and may cause discomfort. Ideally, consume a protein and carbohydrate-rich meal 2-3 hours before training.
2. After exercise:
- Muscle recovery: After a workout, muscles need protein to repair and grow. Meat is an excellent source of high-quality protein, containing all the essential amino acids necessary for muscle recovery.
- Replenishing glycogen stores: If the post-workout meal includes carbohydrates ( not more, only from fruits like: banana, strawberries, apple, watermelon ), it will also help replenish muscle glycogen, which is crucial for recovery.
Consuming meat as part of a post-workout meal, preferably in combination with carbohydrates and healthy fats, within 30-60 minutes after exercise, can maximize muscle recovery and energy replenishment.
synthetic supplements are bullshit, don’t use them .
For good fats + proteins and many nutrients eat parmigiano reggiano. Same peanuts butter
you're retarded. define "synthetic". stop using chatGPT to respond without knowing wtf you're talking about
1) Yes you’re right about using chat gpt because I didn’t have time to explain, but I read it and checked the info before and after that I putting here (+ I added some information from my side to complete the information)
2) when I’m saying “synthetic “ I mean is not natural produce ; is ultra processed “foods” made in the factories.
3) why did you insult me without reason ? Are you childish?
meat does not have enough creatine in it to have a useful impact past baseline
you need to supplement it 5 g a day to see meaningful results
also you will need to drink lots of water
Do you use it?
Yes
Have you looked into sourcing and production to find a good product or did you just randomly picked one? What do you use?
By the way , I’m training 2-3 days per week with some rest time (depending how much time I have ) .
I'm close to fifty, getting a bit tired and taking it has really given me back some youthful energy, I'd recommend it.
Creatine is a substance found naturally in our muscles and helps provide energy for short bursts of intense physical activity, like sprinting or lifting weights. Think of it as a small energy boost stored in your muscles.
When people take creatine as a supplement, they're trying to increase the amount of this "energy boost" in their muscles. This can help them perform better in activities that require quick, powerful movements, and it might also help muscles recover and grow stronger after exercise. It's like having a bit more fuel in the tank when you need it most.
