good point, but assuming an attempted head shot, it was 10" or so off - still lethal but it does not look like precision shooting
200 yards and wind, it's not a movie
on such a short range shot, it takes a lot of wind - and doping the wind for a first round hit at much longer ranges isn't rocket science
