While you would need some quality training, 200 yards isn’t necessarily pro. Marine Corps recruits shoot from 200, 300, and 500 yards during bootcamp.

200 yards and wind, it's not a movie

on such a short range shot, it takes a lot of wind - and doping the wind for a first round hit at much longer ranges isn't rocket science
