Could you post a screenshot of what you see? Typically it's just a connection issue that doesn't load the merchant page, but if it's completely blank then that's something I haven't heard anyone encounter.
The Shopstr banner at top is only thing there. Where it shows Home - Messages, etc on the right top and Shopstr logo on left. That's it, rest of page is blank.
I just tried other browsers and fine, this happened on Brave only. Brave is blocking by default for some reason after clicking on thumbnail.
