My wife and I saw the beautiful ship, Cuauhtemoc, from Mexico and its crew docked at Seaport in NYC twice last week before their fatal crash into the Brooklyn Bridge last night that took the lives of at least 2 and injured 22.

How do you lose power and still have lights?

Story seemed to lean toward possible engine trouble. I believe the same thing happened with the baltimore ship not long ago.

In these old ships there are probably completely different systems controlling the engine and other functions.
