Don't use creatine. Offers quick and significant results, but not worth your time. Once you stop using it, most of those results will disappear in under a month. Natural protein is the way to go. Most of you progress will stick for a long time. Creatine can seriously jack up your heart rate, too. Doesn't seem too safe, imo.

Creatine is one of the most studied and safest supplements. Instead of eating 2lbs of meat per day (which can be a lot for most people) to achieve 5 grams of creatine you can supplement.
😏 Lol. My personal experience with creatine is my source. And I didn't mean red meat or chicken when I said natural meat. I eat mostly fruits and veggies, along with some fish about twice a week. I love a good salmon filet or tuna steak. There is no "one size fits all" diet.
