“You are what you eat” isn’t folk wisdom, it’s molecular fact. Your body rebuilds approximately 330 billion cells daily from the raw materials you consume.

The most profound changes come not from perfect execution but from consistent practice. Keep quality protein, fresh vegetables, and whole fruits accessible. Make the default choice the beneficial one.

Your body is rebuilding itself constantly. Give it the materials worthy of what you want to become. What you eat today is quite literally who you’ll be tomorrow.

Choose accordingly.

Not just what you eat, what you drink, breath & absorb through your skin.

Your body constantly eliminates waste & toxins that it absorbs. It can only process so much as organs typically perform multiple functions. Toxins that it can't process & excrete are largely stored in fat cells until you have the capacity to eliminate them.

I believe that often when we get 'sick' our bodies are simply overloaded with toxins. That is when we should be fasting & providing ways to help detox ourselves (eg activated carbon, bentonite clay, CDS).

We should avoid adding to our toxic load during such times (most pharmaceuticals are toxic).

Mr Tone Vays put out this video about dry fasting recently...

Never done it but when I'm sick, I naturally lose my appetite.

I usually eat within a 6-8 hr window, so it's usually easy to just extend it however long it takes to overcome.

I'd imagine this would be quite a stress (not necessarily negatively) to your body. I'll give it a watch 👍🙏

Basically the guy he's interviewing says the dry fast activates your body to create all 220 types of stem cells. So if you don't believe that can be true then you'll find this to be BS. I haven't done any further research but I'd like to try a 7 day dry fast anyways just as a mental will power type exercise

Fasting triggers your body to do all sorts of shit. I'm open to experiencing it.

I think there's a lot of truth to what doesn't kill you makes you stronger in relation to acute stresses.

A 7 day water fast is hard. A 7 day dry fast sounds like torture.
