I had so much Marvel fatigue. From Iron Man to Endgame I finished much of that big story, only missing a few standalone movies. I have a lot of criticisms but liked the core plot. I am not watching any more Marvel post-Endgame.

I prefer DC to Marvel but DC dropped the ball on their movie cinematic universe. They did, however, nail that animated universe that I grew up watching in the 1990s and 2000s, so I guess these things come in eras.

“The Boys” tv show scratches my superhero itch after the DC animated universe and random movies, and the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

Makes sense I guess. Began with kids DC animation and the handful of good DC movies. Then went to Marvel movies with mixed results but overall into it. I aged out of what Marvel was doing mid way through but stuck with it to finish the plot. And now watching The Boys, an adult show, to scratch that same superhero itch.

You lasted longer than me lol, I was checked shortly after Age of Ultron--the peak was Winter Soldier for me. I've enjoyed some DC shows when I was younger though I've always preferred anime

Like this take +3000 and agree.

No love for Daredevil TV series? Felt a lot more like DC universe to me in its style/approach.

Feel the same. A lot of garbage coming out from Marvel, but here and there are some gems like the Spiderman/verse movies, GotG 3, etc.

DC's forte imo is their dark stuff: Watchmen, V for Vendetta, Joker, The Batman (surprised me positively), etc. That's where it's at for DC imo, and they should drop their dreams of a cinematic universe, which could pay off once Super Hero movie fatigue reaches critical mass.

Marvel fatigue is real.

I couldn't even be bothered to watch the last GotG, hav never seen a Spider Man or Ant Man or Cumberbatch Man.
