Id say that most back pain is due to weakness in your back itself And strengthening it would eliminate that issue.

I am fortunate in that no back pain. I just wondered how one with back pain attempted burpees. I tried to do 20 and it was hella hard, but I did them. The crazy hard part for me was the wrist pain.
