Too many people when trying to get help, instead get shamed or judged. It’s definitely not always on purpose, but it still happens. It’s one of the hardest things about healing from toxic relationships. Actually getting help so you can heal without adding more trauma onto what you’ve already gone through.

First acknowledge and address the wound. Then we can work through what we can do differently.

Healing from narcissistic abuse is inevitable when you have the right tools and support. Personal empowerment is the way. This is what I do. I coach and teach you how to take and build the life you want. To never be beholden to anyone again including our own thoughts.

Anyone who's dealt with narcissistic abuse must dive deep into inner child work and look at mother and father or whatever parental figures. This kind of dynamic has most likely started within a narcissistic family system. The healing road while totally available is a arduous, intense and painful if one is willing to end spiritually bypassing and gaslighting themselves. It usually takes many years and peeling many layers and the work is not linear. At the end of the day early childhood traumatic Neuro pathways may never be gone but stronger more life affirmive ones can be built and affirmed with deep devotion, courage and inner strength. It's a true spiritual warrior's path who arrives to know himself/herself as whole, healed and inherently worthy.

This is so true. Thank you! I've worked through so many layers of this myself. I know there is so much more to uncover still. In a good place now, but it took a ton of work and time. Grateful for so many people who helped and supported me along the way.

Grateful for every new thing I learn about myself and this work. It allows me to help my clients that much more.

It's always the parents. They imprint so much of themselves onto their children from the time they're am infant til they leave the home.
