Haha. we used to call this 'top posting'. It was mocked and reviled (for good reasons imho). But these days reading your messages from the bottom upwards seems to be standard everywhere.

I digress ... the note contains an embedded quote, so you read the quote first to get the context.

But the next post also contains a quote, and the next, etc so following the breadcrumb trail all the way in gets you to the first post but you've also by then seen it all backwards and going "forward" through it means using your "back button". It's very awkward

One could (laboriously) post all the notes and record the IDs and then reverse-quote them all in a new ridiculous chain? Inside-out-posting
